Features: This 120” Aurora 4K screen has an 105” X 59” viewable width and height with 2D and 3D versatility. It features the sleek 0.4" thin frame and LED strip. The screen offers an ultra-wide 180 degree viewing angle, a 16:9 aspect ratio, and the 1.3 gain material.

1.3 Gain Material: The Aurora is the only EluneVision screen that offers the 1.3 material. The soft, grey, 1.3 gain material provides all the 1.0 material features and more. On top of being textureless, free of graininess/sparkles, and a near perfect lambertian diffuser, the material is also ambient light rejecting and specifically deigned for 4K HDR 10-bit colour. This ensures that all colours are accurately reproduced, providing more vibrant and life-like HD projection - which allows up to 950% higher contrast. The ambient light rejecting material allows for projection even in light environments – allowing this screen to be the center piece in a living room.

Perfect Picture Geometry: The lack of texture is also responsible for the perfect pixel geometry. 1080P projectors are now the standard, which means that they must be paired with a material that will not degrade its pixel geometry. While many screens are textured and grainy, degrading the effective resolution to much less than 1080P, this Studio Reference 4K screen has zero texturing, ensuring absolute preservation of sharpness, resolution and detail clarity. Any Reference Studio 4K material will perfectly resolve 4K resolution in both today’s high end and future 4K projectors, saving you a screen upgrade.

Design: The 0.4” ultra-thin aluminum frame is velour-wrapped to provide reference level colour and contrast reproduction. Additionally, the LED strip surrounding the frame is adjustable to fit any mood.

Pure Flat-Spring Tensioning System: The first stage is composed of a frame tensioning system and the second stage uses force equalization rods. The two combined provide a perfectly flat viewing surface with no sagging, creases or V waves in the material. The screen features an easy to install, snap on, pre-calibrated spring tensioning system with 5-20 anchors on each side of the frame.

Performance: We recommend pairing the 4K screen with a 4K projector to ensure that the screen reaches its optimum performance. We also recommend the use of the screen with any projector to maximize the projectors performance. The screen displays its superior performance in environments where ambient light is controlled. The screen is also designed for 2D and 3D action, tested to bring minimum crosstalk and maximum 3D immersion. The ability to minimize 3D crosstalk helps to decrease viewer fatigue for active 3D projection.

Installation: The screen installation is made easy by the snap on tensioning system and only requires a few simple tools for assembly. The screen is hung like a picture frame, 1” away from the wall. It comes with movable brackets to provide added versatility in terms of mounting screw placement.
